DISPLAY AIRCRAFT will be parked in their appropriate display rows.
Please shut down your engine at the request of the parking director. All display aircraft will be hand-pushed down each row. Pilots wishing to be parked together must arrive together, saving space in the row is impossible. Parking is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
The displays and judging are a very important part of our weekend activities, and we understand the financial aspects of your participation, and we sincerely appreciate that you join us each year. We also continue to struggle with increasing costs for insurance, security, field preparation, and attractions to produce a safe, family-oriented event. To that end, we have created several admission options.
Print, complete and bring the form with you to expedite your registration when you arrive.

DISPLAY AIRCRAFT: There is a registration fee of $20 for the pilot for three days and that includes free admission for all passengers up to three for the weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You'll receive a goodie bag with the commemorative Fly-In and Air Show cup, patch and pin, one free ticket for the Sunday Pancake Breakfast and an official certificate of participation. Aircraft judging will take place on Saturday. Display aircraft will be roped off from the public and will be protected 24 hours a day Friday afternoon through Sunday close of event.
When you land and park your aircraft, proceed to the pilot registration tent by the fuel island. A registration volunteer will have wristbands available there. Wristbands must be worn throughout the weekend by you and your passengers.
The normal daily $5 airport tie-down cost over the Memorial Day weekend is being waived by the City of Watsonville
AIRCRAFT CAMPING: The aircraft camping area is located near the intersection of Runway 20 and 26 between the taxiway and chain link fence. Aircraft camping is $30 for the weekend.
Admission is sold separately. Daily admission on Memorial Day weekend is $15 for adults, $10 for children (6-12), free for children under 6. You will need to purchase tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Everyone must wear a wristband.
We will do everything possible to assist you and your family to have a safe, enjoyable weekend at the Watsonville Fly-In & Air Show.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., go to the spaghetti dinner on the field to buy your admission tickets and pick up wristbands. If your non-display aircraft is parked along Runway 20, you will not be allowed back to your aircraft until the conclusion of the air show on Saturday and Sunday. THINK SAFETY FIRST! The tower will give take-off instructions.
