Becoming a Watsonville Fly-In & Air Show volunteer has many benefits. Your contributions can help continue the Watsonville Fly-In & Air Shows mission to promote aviation education and air safety. You can meet and work directly with some of the most interesting and experienced individuals in the world of aviation as well as individuals from our community. Our enthusiasm comes from our ability to offer a venue where you and other volunteers can use your talents to contribute to what we all have in common, the love of aviation. You do not have to be a pilot, if aviation interests you, you are welcome to share your time and talents. The Fly-in would not be possible without volunteers.

Watsonville Fly-In & Air show need volunteers for the following areas:
  • Admissions (gates)
  • Ground & Facilities (set-up, take-down)
  • Operational Management (signage, banners, trash)
  • Volunteer Management (volunteer check-in, breaks, water distribution)
  • Corporate VIP (set-up and maintenance of corporate VIP area, social events)
  • RV and Aircraft Parking (monitor and manage parking lot)
  • Commercial Displays (check-in and check-out, general assistance)
  • Special services (information booth, guest and media services)
  • Transportation (Shuttle)
  • General Aviation Parking (admissions)

NO SMOKING in the event area.

For your safety, all persons and personal items will be subject to search upon entering the airport grounds. Please anticipate this safety measure at the entrance gates when attending the Watsonville Fly-In & Air Show.

Fly-In & Air Show Tickets Are Not Refundable
Should all or any portion of the Fly-In & Air Show be canceled due to inclement weather or for other reasons beyond our control on the date or dates for which an admission fee has been paid, the admission fee will be considered a tax deductible contribution to the Watsonville Fly-In & Air Show Inc., a non-profit 501(C)(3) community event.
